Onsite Service
ช่างบริการโปรแกรมและซ่อมนอกสถานที่ในเขตกรุงเทพ-ปริทณฑล เขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม ในอยุธยา, สระบุรี, ปราจีนบุรี, ชลบุรี, ฉะเชิงเทรา, และ ระยอง
*อัตราค่าบริการคิดตาม อาการที่แจ้ง โปรแกรมที่ต้องการ, ขนาดของตู้สาขา, และ ระยะทางการให้บริการ
(Onsite Service for system configuration, repairing, and checking for problem at a site. Service charge based on scope of work, PBX's capacity and customer's location.)
บริการช่วยเหลือแบบรีโมท
(Remote Online)
ช่างสามารถให้บริการรีโมท ออนไลน์เพื่อเช็ค และแก้ปัญหา หรือ เปลี่ยนแปลงตู้สาขาได้รวดเร็วโดยไม่ต้องเข้าบริการ
(สำหรับตู้สาขารุ่นที่มีโทเด็มหรือติดแผงรีโมท)
(Our technician can remote online to check and solve problem or change configuration of PBX System.)
สัญญาบริการดูแลระบบ
(Maintenance Contract)
สัญญาบริการรายปีเพื่อ ดูแลตรวจเช็คระบบตู้สาขาอย่างต่อเนื่องหลังหมดระยะประกัน เผื่อโดยบริษัทจะให้บริการตู้และแผงสำรองใช้งาน กรณีต้องใช้เวลาซ่อมหรือ รออะไหล่นานเพื่อลูกค้าจะได้ดำเนินธุรกิจโดยไม่มีปัญหา
(Annual maintenance agreement will assure smooth operation after out of warranty period. Regular check quarterly to maintain PBX system to work properly. In case of defect, we will provide standby unit during repair of defective units. Therefore, clients are able to run business smoothly with this option.)
ซ่อมแซม (Repairing)
ช่างซ่อมระบบตู้สาขาและโทรศัพท์ได้ผ่านการอบรมและ รับรองมาตราฐานจากพานาโซนิคพร้อมให้คำแนะนำ และแก้ปัญหาของลูกค้าในการใช้งาน หรือการติดต่อผ่านเครือข่าย
(B&L OA has qualified technician for repairing PBX certified by Panasonic. Our technician will solve problem and advise better solution for clients.)
